GETMEPIN.COM (hereinafter referred to as “Internet Site”) internet address - “BUYER USER” to purchase products or “DEALER” who acts as an intermediary to sell products, this user agreement has been signed between all private and legal persons under the following conditions. All “BUYER USERS” and “DEALERS”, BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE INTERNET SITE OR BY SELECTING “I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE USER AGREEMENT”, ACCEPT THAT THEY CONSENT TO ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ABSOLUTELY AND EXCLUSIVELY.

2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

All “BUYER USERS” and “DEALERS” who want to become a member of the site or want to shop must be over 18 years old.

By making a membership application or selecting the phrase “I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE USER AGREEMENT” and approving this agreement, the member agrees that he/she is over 18 years of age. The member is responsible for the accuracy of this statement and declares that “SIRKET” will not bear any legal and criminal liability in the event of a false statement.

3. TERMS OF USE and SHOPPING CONDITIONS OF USERS

GETMEPIN.COM “Internet Site” has only one type of user as “BUYER USER” at the membership stage, and the candidate will be the “BUYER USER” at the membership stage of the “Internet Site”.

Detailed regulations regarding “BUYER USERS” are given below.

a. “BUYER USERS” :

“BUYER USERS” are the users who have agreed with the ‘SIRKET’ to purchase only products by becoming a member of the GETMEPIN.COM ‘Website’.

The products displayed and purchased by the “BUYER USERS” on the “Website” are limited to the stocks of the “SIRKET” on the “Website” and the technological and industrial facilities of the “SIRKET”. Orders may differ from the physical-visual conditions that appear on the GETMEPIN.COM “Internet Site”, orders are limited to SIRKET stocks.

“BUYER USERS” accept in advance that the name of GETMEPIN.COM ‘Internet Site’, the products, writings, pictures and designs displayed on this site and the operating system of the ‘Internet Site’ belong to the entire GETMEPIN.COM company, and that no rights belonging to the ‘SIRKET’, together with the aforementioned, shall be used without permission.

In case of unauthorized use of these rights or rights, “SIRKET” immediately initiates legal proceedings and the user's membership is suspended.

By placing an order on GETMEPIN.COM “Website”, “BUYER USERS” accept and confirm in advance the basic qualities of the product ordered, the sales price, the payment method and preliminary information regarding delivery.

“BUYER USERS” can order from GETMEPIN.COM ‘Internet Site’ by credit card. The time for the order to be evaluated by the “COMPANY” is not the time of placing the order, but the time when the total of all taxes of the product price is collected from the credit card.

In accordance with Article 8 / IV of the Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts, GETMEPIN.COM orders from the “Internet Site”

“BUYER USERS” do not have the right to withdraw because the goods they purchase are EPIN products. This also includes in-game items purchased through the Site.

The orders of “BUYER USERS” are delivered to them via e-mail address. “BUYER USER” is obliged to enter the e-mail address correctly. “SIRKET” cannot be held responsible for errors arising from the e-mail address.

b. “SELLER USERS”: 

“SELLER USERS” GETMEPIN.COM If there is a ban risk in the product sold by the seller, the financial value of the product is sent after the sale is completed. If there is a ban situation before the sale is completed, the seller cannot claim the fee. 

“SELLER USERS” GETMEPIN.COM Withdrawal requests are completed within 24 to 48 hours on average.

“SELLER USERS” GETMEPIN.COM has the right to make changes in sales prices.

4. PRICING:

GETMEPIN.COM reserves the right to change the products on display and the prices of these products without prior notice.

5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

Orders placed between 09:00 - 24:00 every day will be delivered within 48 hours unless there is a technical problem with the payment / billing information.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

“BUYER USERS” can cancel their standard product orders if their orders have not been transferred to the ‘My Orders’ module or if they have not been sent by e-mail. They can perform the cancellation process from Online Support.

7. PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS: In accordance with Article 8 / IV of the Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts for the encrypted products of “BUYER USERS”

“BUYER USERS” who order from GETMEPIN.COM ‘Internet Site’ do not have the right of withdrawal for the goods they purchase.

The money deposited on the site cannot be withdrawn, only the income from the products sold to the site can be withdrawn.

8. TERMINATION: “SIRKET” has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract at any time without giving reasons.

9. DISPUTES and RESOLUTION:

All members or non-member users who visit and/or shop at GETMEPIN.COM are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

10. Balance Withdrawal: Only the revenues from the products sold to the site are withdrawn, there is no refund upon request after previously transferring money to the site.

11. Ban: According to the game rules, buying and selling items in games called Metin2 and Growtopia is a ban.

12. SMS Information: All users who register on our site are deemed to have agreed to receive SMS information. Users who do not want to receive SMS must inform support@getmepin.com e-mail address 7 business days in advance.

13. The Agreement shall remain in force until the member cancels his/her membership or his/her membership is canceled by GETMEPIN.

14. The Member may terminate his/her membership at any time without any justification and without penalty by written notification to GETMEPIN.COM through the communication channels specified on the Site or by action from the relevant place on the Site.
